system athentication and product authentication in August ,1999. On

of Shan Dong province confirmed KELAN as High&New Technology Enterprise
(Lu Ke Gao Zi [2001] NO.647 ),"High Science and technoligy, high
quality" has been the pronoun of products of KE LAN that has
